I have been feeding this to my 10 year old cat for a few months.  I had to cut back on my expenses and this was all I could afford to feed my cat.  Surprisingly, my picky cat loved it!  She refuses to eat much else.  At PetSmart, a 3.15 pound bag costs about $5.99.   Not a bad price at all.  It contains chicken, salmon, whole grain oats, egg, cheese, and bacon flavors.  It is like breakfast for cats!

The first five ingredients are ground yellow corn, corn gluten meal, chicken by-product-meal, meat and bone meal, and soybean meal.  I am not impressed by these ingredients at all.  Any corn product is pretty much a filler ingredient because it is cheap and abundant.  If the cat food companies use a lot of corn products in the cat food, they make a larger profit.

This is cat food is inexpensive and tasty.  I suggest it to those who are on a budget.  However, only feed your cat a little bit of this and supplement this with a healthier cat food such as Blue Buffalo or Wellness.  You could even give your cat some chicken or tuna with a little bit of this food as a treat.

I've tried Friskies too every now and then when my cats run out of their more expensive holistic brand cat food. I wasn't too impressed partially because I feel like my cat's don't get as full and are complaining for more a lot more.
